- What type of GRT gift vouchers do you offer?
We offer 2 types of gift vouchers on the store:
- E-mail GRT Gift vouchers: which will delivered to the recipient
the day after the payment is authorised.
- Paper GRT Gift vouchers: which will be delivered to the
recipient by courier delivery within 7 business days from
the time your payment is authorised.

- What is the information that I need to provide?
You must supply us with the following information to help
us deliver the GRT gift voucher to the recipient:
• Amount of each gift voucher
• Recipient's shipping or email address
• The payment method by which you wish to pay for gift voucher
In addition, if you wish, you may also give us the
following information:
• Sender's name
• Recipient's name
• Recipient's email address
• Message to be sent along with gift voucher
If you give us this information, we will print it on the
voucher before shipping it out.

the GRT Gift vouchers page, where you can click on

You are required to have an account with GRT to order
gift vouchers. If you haven't signedin or if you have
not created an account on GRT, you'll be asked to do
so before ordering the GRT gift voucher(s). On
signing-in, you can place your order.

- Can I buy GRT gift vouchers of any amount?
You may
buy GRT gift voucher(s) of any Rupee amount of
Rs.1,000/-, 2,000/-, 3,000/-, 5,000/- and 10,000/-.
- Do you have any shipping and handling charges for
delivery of paper vouchers?
As an introductory offer, we will deliver both e-mail and
paper GRT gift vouchers free of delivery charges
to the recipient.
Currently, we ship only to locations in India.
- How do I pay for a GRT gift voucher order?
You can pay for your gift voucher order by using any
MasterCard or VISA credit cards,
SWIFT Union Bank Account Transfer to our account,ICICI Bank Infinity or Cheque/DD.
We will ship the gift voucher after your payment is
authorised.
- Can I cancel a GRT gift voucher?
No, In none of the circumstances neither the sender or the receiver can cancel a gift certificate.
- How do I redeem a GRT gift voucher?

- How do I access my GR gift voucher account?
We will create a gift voucher account for you, which
will give details and redemption status of the gift
voucher(s) redeemed by you. You can access your gift
voucher by going to your GR Club Link and then View Gift Voucher Account page.
