How to redeem a Gift Voucher ?

When you recieve a mail specifying that you have been sent a gift voucher plese follow following instructions to redeem it -

First logon to grtjewels.com and register yourself as a user.
Then select the item of your liking for a minimum of GC amount because you cannot redeem the GC for a lesser value of purchase.
After adding the item to your jewel case, will place the order to GRT. You should also indicate the payment mode then.
GRT Admin on receiving the order, will process and respond with the final price of the item.
On receiving the final price, you can confirm the order and make the payment through the 16 -17 digit gift voucher number, you had received in the first mail (one indicating that you have received a gift voucher).
You will then receive the redeemed item through courier aat the address specified by you.
In case the final amount of your purchase is more than the Gift voucher amount , tha balance can be maid via other mode of payments like Master/Visa Credit Card, ICICI Infinity Account or Cheque/D.D
If the amount if your gift certificate is more than the purchase amount the additional amount will be stored for you and the details about the same can be viewed on My Account Page.
In case any part payment is done using Gift Certificate and rest of the payment is not done , the payment is cancelled and certificate is credited back into user's account.
