Refund Timeline: Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 5–7 working days from the date of cancellation.

Customized Orders
Auspicious Products
Gift Vouchers
Solitaire
Make-to-Order & Special Products

Cancellation Restrictions:

Orders over ₹1 Lakh are not allowed to be cancelled.

Rights to Cancel Orders from GRT:

Limited inventory of the product.
Pricing or product information errors.
Quality issues during inspection.
Insufficient customer information or failed verification.
Suspicious or fraudulent orders.
Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances.
Serviceability issues.

✦ Return Policy

Refund Timeline: Refunds for returned orders will be initiated within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and successfully verified by our team.

Required Documentation:

Please provide a video of the packing process and the courier handover.

Submit your Government ID proof and one of the following bank documents: bank statement, passbook front page, or canceled cheque.

Send the required documentation via Email and WhatsApp.

Orders Over ₹1 Lakh:

Refunds are not possible for orders exceeding ₹1 lakh. Exchanges are available for such orders.

For diamond and certified products, we will initiate a refund or exchange after verifying their authenticity.
