Gift Voucher (GV) Terms & Conditions 

• This Gift Voucher is valid up to one year.
• The Gift Voucher will be activated within 4 hours. Our normal working hours are between 10 AM to 8 PM.
• The Gift Voucher can be redeemed at any GRT Jewellers showroom in India or online at www.grtjewels.com. Please call +91 7358251515 or email us at [email protected] and our customer support representative will be happy to assist you.
• The value of the Gift Voucher is applicable on the total merchandise value. including VAT and other applicable taxes.
• The Gift Voucher can be redeemed against one transaction only. Partial redemption is not available. The value on the Gift Voucher can be combined with existing discounts on the website.
• The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash, nor it can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher, or reloaded, or resold.
• In the event that the beneficiary KYC details are found to be incorrect or insufficient, www.grtjewels.com retains the right to cancel the Gift Voucher.
• The holder of the Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for its safe custody and credentials. www.grtjewels.com shall not be liable and responsible for stolen or unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchases made using the voucher.
• The Gift Voucher is a property of grtjewels.com and reserves the right to call for the return of Vouchers, if the need arises.
